Spencer Fereday

Spencer works extensively in the education, commercial and residential sectors, leading both new build and refurbishment projects. This work has seen him cover everything from masterplanning to individual building projects at regional universities, biotech companies, manufacturing and luxury Hotels.

With a hands-on approach, Spencer thrives on being a creative member of the project and delivery team through every phase of development. He prides himself on efficiency and delivering on time, providing cost effective solutions that have helped the company to significantly grow, adding the University of Oxford and the Said Business School Global Leadership Centre to its portfolio.

Since 2010, Spencer has implemented BIM within the practice and delivered Higher Education projects at Level 2. He also sits on the Institution of Structural Engineers BIM panel and has published a paper on the implementation of BIM in SMEs.
